1 Eligibility & Age Verification

2 Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration. 4.4 Promotion Expiry. Promotions are valid for the duration specified in the offer terms. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will be automatically removed from your account without prior notice.

4.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. vvll Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to eligible accounts prior to the change, except where continued availability of the promotion would constitute a violation of applicable law or regulatory guidance.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. vvll Casino will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. However, vvll does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, vvll Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or any act or omission of a third-party service provider.

12.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through vvll's internal complaints process.

12.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

13 General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any applicable bonus terms, game rules, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vvll Casino with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.

13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver. vvll Casino's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
